We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our London office on a full-time basis. You’ll be managing a wide range of transactions and advisory work, often with high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities:- Handle all aspects of commercial property transactions
- Draft, review and negotiate leases, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct due diligence for property sales and acquisitions
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including licences to assign, underlet, and alter
- Manage new lease agreements for both landlords and tenants
- Act for borrowers and lenders on purchases, refinances, and loans
- Provide guidance on Section 106 agreements and VAT-elected property
