AJW Group is a world-leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, maintenance, repair, and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts.

As a Logistics Executive, you will work with customers internationally and domestically to ensure consignments are delivered in full on time, every time.

Role details

This role is based on-site at our HQ in Slinfold. The role operates on a day shift: 4 on, 4 off, 7am – 7pm, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed customer expectations and meet requirements through global shipping.
  • Research and use the most economical and fastest methods of moving consignments globally.
  • Decide the best method of shipping.
  • Complete compliance documents.
  • Negotiate the cost of shipping.
  • Consider handling, labeling, and shipping dangerous goods.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve department and company goals, in particular with the warehouse to ensure that no interruptions happen in the customer journey.
  • Meet set company goals.
