The Opportunity Embark on a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chairman, providing essential support to ensure the smooth execution of tasks.

You'll be supporting the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, playing a key role in managing information, carrying out requests and coordinating logistics to help achieve AJW's mission of enhancing business efficiency.

The fast‑paced nature of this position requires resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure as you work to ensure the Chairman's day runs seamlessly amidst high demands and tight deadlines.

This role is reactive to the Chairman's requests, emphasising the hands‑on approach he takes in overseeing operations.

What You'll Be Doing Coordinate and create detailed travel plans that are easy to follow, ensuring all travel needs are met seamlessly.

Organise and manage large amounts of information, making sure it's clear, accurate, and accessible for the Executive Assistant and Chairman.

Prepare structured summaries and materials to assist in decision‑making, presenting information in a clear and concise manner.

Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality and attention to detail, even under time pressure.

Update schedules, meetings, and logistics to align with changing priorities.

Ensure all documents, communications, and presentations are error‑free and polished.

Proactively find ways to simplify processes, reduce complexity, and enhance daily operations.

Assist the Executive Assistant in managing competing priorities and addressing risks or conflicts when needed.
