We're looking for a technically accomplished and commercially astute leader to shape the future of our teardown operation.
This role will appeal to someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, improving established ways of working and using data, technology and innovation to unlock greater value from aviation assets.
You'll combine deep expertise in aircraft components, recovery strategies and asset traceability with the commercial judgement needed to maximise ROI, cash generation and inventory performance.
Working across Asset Management, Technical, Trading, Sales and Operations, you'll input in to the development and lead on the delivery of teardown programmes that set new standards for efficiency, control and value recovery.
- Key Activities
- Lead aircraft teardown programmes from acquisition through to completion.
- Maximise asset recovery, ROI and cash generation through informed technical and commercial decisions.
- Drive innovative approaches to component recovery, inventory release and value optimisation.
- Use data, technology and operational insight to improve performance and decision-making.
- Deliver process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste and accelerate value realisation.
- Manage supplier performance, compliance and operational risk.
- Partner with Trading and Sales teams to maximise inventory monetisation opportunities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on operational excellence.
- Align technical, commercial and operational stakeholders behind shared objectives.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, traceability and governance.
About you
- Proven leadership experience within aviation aftermarket, MRO, asset management or teardown operations.
- Strong technical understanding of aircraft components and recovery processes.
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, ROI and value recovery.
- Able to lead complex programmes and influence senior stakeholders.
- Passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.
