As a Customer Service Executive at AJW Group, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to enhance their satisfaction and drive sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer requirements promptly and effectively
- Provide quotes to customers and collaborate with internal teams
- Procure items for customer needs and negotiate with suppliers for cost optimisation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer experience
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing
This position involves working 4-on-4-off night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am to support our 24/7, 365-day operation, focusing on Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations where immediate attention is crucial. You will be the primary contact for AOG and priority customer requests, with a £9,000 shift allowance included.
