Join AJW Group and play a key role in our Technical, Quality, and Compliance Team. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you\’ll develop processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support warehouse efficiency while maintaining high safety and airworthiness standards to meet client expectations.
Either based in our HQ in Slinfold, United Kingdom or our new office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with auditors and customers to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes, communicate updates, and support implementation.
- Ensure data accuracy within the Quality Management System.
- Conduct PBH customer QMS feedback as per contracts.
- Enhance component and service quality, improving customer satisfaction.
- Manage NCRs, ensuring thorough investigation and reporting.
- Conduct internal and external compliance audits.
- Respond to compliance requests accurately and promptly.
- Promote a Quality Culture and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare investigation reports and develop new processes.
- Manage and review approved supplier lists for compliance.
Qualifications
- Ideally from a mechanical, electrical, or engineering background.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office) with the ability to create reports and presentations.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Fluent in business English, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
- Experience in quality roles, including audits to recognized standards.
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, AS9100, ASA100, EASA/CAA Part 145 or equivalent).
