Smollan Group is recruiting candidates to send their CVs for the Sales Representative job that’s currently available in their company. Selected candidates will be responsible to drive mechanic registrations on the Castrol FastScan App, promoting awareness and adoption of the platform by visiting both independent and non-independent automotive service workshops. The role strictly requires efficient app demonstration, training and reporting while ensuring strong engagement with the automotive service industry.

MINIMUM DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Submit daily updates on mechanic registrations and other KPIs.
- Provide training on App usage and demonstrate its benefits.
- Visit designated automotive workshops within assigned territories.
- Accurately collect and input required data points via the internal app, such as customer details, mechanic information, app registration evidence, and feedback.
- Gather mechanic feedback on the app and related products.
- Represent the Castrol brand professionally, ensuring a strong presence in the field.
- Participate in training sessions to understand App functionality and sales techniques.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Experience in sales will be advantageous (App phone sales experience)
