The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to become a key part of the business and shape the future of our maintenance department. You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of high-end private garden clients, maintaining exceptional standards across all sites, and helping to grow the division into a successful and profitable part of the company.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality garden maintenance services to premium residential clients
- Managing and maintaining gardens to the highest possible standard
- Identifying and securing new maintenance contracts
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Producing maintenance schedules and recommendations
- Recruiting, managing, and training future maintenance staff as the department grows
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard
- Monitoring quality control across all maintenance projects
