AJS Control and Automation are looking for a commercially focused Operations Manager to lead projects, manage key client relationships, and support delivery across our engineering operations. The role of an operations manager includes taking ownership of projects up to £2M, managing key accounts, and ensuring everything is delivered on time, in full, and within budget.
Requirements for the role include:
- Manage projects and budgets up to £2M
- Build and grow key customer relationships
- Drive repeat business and identify new opportunities
- Plan and coordinate labour and resources
- Lead client meetings and manage expectations
- Oversee project delivery with engineering teams
- Manage and develop Lead Electricians
