AJS Asset Care are looking for Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our specialist reliability and engineering services. Due to a growing number of contracts involving Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic and more we are looking to recruit into our expanding team.


Key Duties of the role include:

  • Collect condition monitoring data on site for analysis,
  • Analyse data, trend and identify corrective actions,
  • Conduct Visual Check on Assets
  • Monitor and install our condition monitoring systems on client sites
  • Carry out RCA on Failures
  • Support the reliability team on further assessments and reliability improvements

Key Skills required for this role include

  • Electrical or Mechanically Trained to NVQ Level 3
  • CAT 2 Vibration Analysis
  • Experience in Condition Monitoring and CMMS Systems
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft packages
  • Thermography training course (Desirable)
