AJS Control and Automation are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join our well established business and growing team to help fulfil a healthy pipeline of work, predominantly within the Food and Beverage and Manufacturing Industries. The role of a Control Systems engineer is to interpret our customers' requirements, produce the project specification documents and develop and implement the software for our controls solutions. Proficient in both Siemens and Allen Bradley platforms, you will develop bespoke PLC Code and intuitive HMI designs. SQL and SCADA experience are desirable.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Good Understanding of Machine Process and Line Control
  • Development of Customised PLC Code tailored to Project requirements
  • Creating user friendly HMIs for seamless interaction
  • Understand client requirements from Documentation such as User Requirement Specification or Functional Design Specifications
  • Onsite commissioning at the end of the project
