AJS are based in Holbeach and looking for someone to join our Business Support team.
We are looking for a well organised, methodical thinking person to join our support team aiding the administration and day to day operations of the business.
- Key Duties of the role will include
- Booking Travel, Hotels and Logistics for the operational team where required
- Manage Stock, such as Clothing, PPE and Office Equipment
- Assist in Head Office Management such as Safety Checks, Equipment Tests and building compliance
- Manage CRM and customer data base
- Enter customer purchase orders into AJS Systems
- Input and schedule work orders from customers
- Assist in the management of the recruitment process
- Arrange equipment/assets, documentation and employee packs for new starters
- Management of all AJS systems, such as Employee Profiles, Asset Registers, AJS Job Management systems
- Help conduct both Human Resource and Health and Safety Administration, such as completing documents and Forms, updating records
- Other Ad-hoc administration duties
- Key Skills for the role are
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft platforms, such as Excel, Word, Outlook
- Good organisation skills and the ability to self prioritise tasks according to business needs
- Works well in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication over, email, phone and face to face, both internal and external to the business
- Willing to help and succeed

- Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 each day
- Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business
- Clean driving licence is essential
- Due to the nature of the role and a requirement to drive vehicles applicants over the age of 21 are preferred due to insurance requirements
