AJS Promotions is the team behind the Spring Farm Machinery Shows and a growing portfolio of industry events. We're looking for an ambitious Sales & Events Manager to help drive the next phase of growth across the business. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, spotting opportunities and making things happen.
You'll be responsible for:
- Growing exhibitor numbers
- Securing sponsorship
- Developing customer relationships
- Helping deliver successful events that continue to attract thousands of visitors each year

What You'll Be Doing
- Selling trade stand space across our event portfolio
- Building relationships with exhibitors and sponsors
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Managing existing customer accounts
- Developing sponsorship packages and partnerships
- Attending industry events
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events
- Helping grow existing events and identify new opportunities
- Maintaining customer records and sales activity
- Working closely with the wider team to maximise event success
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Commercially minded and target driven
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Full driving licence
Experience In Any Of The Following Would Be Beneficial:
- Sales
- Business development
- Account management
- Events
- Agriculture
- Machinery or construction sectors
However, attitude, energy and relationship building ability are more important to us than industry experience.
