AJS Control and Automation are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join our well-established business and growing team to help fill a healthy pipeline of work, predominantly within the Food and Beverage and Manufacturing Industries.
The role of a Control Systems engineer is to interpret our customers' requirements, produce the project specification documents, and develop and implement the software for our control solutions. Proficient in both Siemens and Allen Bradley platforms, you will develop bespoke PLC code and intuitive HMI designs. SQL and SCADA experience are desirable.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years experience
- Good Understanding of Machine Process and Line Control
- Development of Customized PLC Code tailored to Project requirements
- Creating user friendly HMIs for seamless interaction
- Understand client requirements from Documentation such as User Requirement Specification or Functional Design Specifications
- Onsite commissioning at the end of the project
- Siemens TIA Portal
- Rockwell Studio 5000
- Working in Industry and Manufacturing Sectors
- Understanding of Electrical systems and installations
- SQL and SCADA knowledge
- Salary range of £47,000 - £53,000
