Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Contracts Manager to join AJS Construct.
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of multiple projects simultaneously-ranging from £50,000 to £4 million-driving delivery from inception through to successful completion.
You will lead projects across our core sectors: commercial office fit-outs, high-end refurbishments, design-and build, heritage, and industrial construction.
Working in partnership with our Operations Director and commercial team, you will ensure our high standards for safety, programme, budget, and client satisfaction are consistently exceeded.
