We are currently seeking skilled and motivated tradespeople to join our team on a long-term contract basis. With a robust pipeline of work spanning North London, the Home Counties, and the A1 corridor, this is a prime opportunity for high-calibre tradespeople looking for consistent work, competitive rates, and project variety.

Professional Standards & Requirements:

Our reputation depends on the quality and professionalism of our team. We require individuals who are polite, reliable, clean, and presentable, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and management. We are currently looking for expertise in:

  • Multi-Trade Operatives: Proven capability in internal and external commercial refurbishment.
  • Partitioners: Expert knowledge of metal stud, track, and traditional timber systems (e.g., Komfort, Tenon).
  • Carpenters: Primarily 2nd fix with some 1st fix experience; all work must be executed to an exemplary standard.
  • Ceiling Fixers: Proficient in all types of ceiling installations (suspended grid, MF, Burgess, etc.).
  • General Builders: Experience in groundworks (drainage, concrete), brickwork, and structural alterations.
  • Decorators: Experienced in all aspects of high-quality commercial decorating.
  • Multi-Skilled Tradespersons: Versatile individuals capable of delivering varied internal refurbishment tasks, including carpentry, partitioning, and floor laying.
