We are seeking to recruit a Programme Manager who will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of strategic programmes, projects and business change initiatives across AJM Healthcare. The post holder will provide programme leadership across a diverse portfolio of work, ensuring projects are planned effectively, governed appropriately and delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Working closely with operational, clinical and corporate teams, the Programme Manager will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, provide assurance to senior stakeholders and support the successful implementation of organisational change and service improvements. The role will play a key part in translating strategic priorities into practical delivery plans and ensuring anticipated operational, service and financial benefits are achieved and projects run to deadline.
Person Specification:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Recognised programme or project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, MSP Foundation or equivalent.
- Significant experience delivering complex programmes, projects or business change initiatives.
- Strong programme and project management capability.
- Integrity, accountability and professionalism.
