The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Location: Hybrid role options available (2 days minimum onsite at our Milton Keynes office with travel to other sites around the UK and home working).

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our growing organisation and help shape a high‑performing, people‑centric culture. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence strategic decisions, and support our teams through growth and change. This role has the flexibility to work from home, but office presence is also required on a minimum of 2 days per week.
About You
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced or complex environment.
- Strong ER expertise with confidence managing sensitive and complex cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Ability to use people analytics to inform decisions.
- Thorough knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience of managing TUPE transfers.
- Willingness to travel as we are a multi‑site organisation.
Desirable
- CIPD Level 5 (or above) or equivalent.
- Experience in regulated, multisite, or high‑growth organisations.
About The Role
As our HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You’ll partner with leaders to deliver strategic people plans, support transformation, enhance capability, and strengthen employee experience across the organisation. This reflects the HRBP function of blending strategic consultation, workforce planning, and people leadership.
