Urban / Architectural Designer

This independent consultancy with 15 years of successful business are seeing an increase in their workload from many clients. They work in the residential sector and provide architectural, urban design and graphic design services.

Working alongside one of the directors you will play a catalyst role producing masterplan designs, outline applications and written documents. You will liaise with local authority representatives and clients working up to the planning stage on projects.

We would like to hear from applicants who have worked for a consultant or developer with residential design experience. You must hold a knowledge of the planning systems and have good written and verbal communication skills.
