A unique chance has come in to work for an independent housebuilder who have a lovely range of housetypes on the quality family homes they create. They are committed to quality and sustainability as they look to complete their 100th net zero carbon home this year.
The Role:
- Working in a dedicated team and reporting in to the Technical Manager you will ensure that the working drawings and production is available as required.
- You will work with other in house disciplines responding to queries at the construction stages and carry out site visits.
- You will have a background of working for a developer or an architectural consultancy and have a good understanding of the building regulations.
- Experience with AutoCAD and holding a relevant BTEC/HNC within a relevant discipline is required.
