Reporting in to the head of Technical, you will manage projects that are up to standard and within deadlines. You will oversee and improve design quality and manage the pre-construction health and safety meeting.
This would really suit someone looking for their first Technical Manager role who is already time served with a strong housing background. You must be able to oversee all architectural and engineering aspects whilst running multiple sites.
