A rare opportunity has come in to work as a 'lead technologist' for an excellent employer who have won multiple employer awards and have a low staff turnover. They provide clients with architecture, masterplanning and interior design services and are enjoying another upturn in workload.
Working closely with Senior Architects across education, regeneration and residential projects you will play a pivotal role where responsibilities will include:
- Tender packages
- Managing external consultants
- Overseeing construction information
- Handling any matters that occur 'on site'
You will be competent with NBS specification writing, have a solid understanding of construction legislations and previous experience with REVIT. In order to be successful you will be able to manage the work of junior staff members and work to tight deadlines.
