A niche RIBA practice with 10 staff members who work on tourist attractions, education and bespoke housing projects are looking for a Part 2 in May. They cover the South West and Southern regions with projects ranging from £500,000 to £7m.
This role will see you working on new and existing buildings contributing with tender and building regulation packages. You will be attending site visits and meeting with a great mix of clients.
We are keen to hear from candidates who are Part 2 accredited with good detailing skills and AutoCAD experience. You will have a good understanding of the planning systems and construction legislations. A full driving licence is required.
Our client has a very low staff turnover and they have a good track record in the mentorship of Part 2's through to chartership. They are situated in a desirable area of the city which is just a mile away from the city centre.
