The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
They are a respected regional developer who are 'regeneration specialists' working on bespoke projects throughout the South West of England and South Wales. Since opening in 1995, their in-house team of architects strives to deliver sustainable designs on each scheme they work on.
This excellent opportunity will see you working in the technical team where you will manage sectional agreements and service agreements whilst ensuring the delivery of projects. You will carry out engineering feasibility studies and manage the external drawing information.
We would like to hear from applicants who have experience across engineering design areas of work and can carry out site investigations to ensure the 'best cost engineered solutions' are being performed for other areas of the business. You will need to be competent in managing multiple projects and hold a recognised industry qualification.
You will enjoy the projects they have in their portfolio along with working in a highly desirable suburb of Bristol which has free parking. They offer two days a week working from home along with an appealing salary and private healthcare scheme.
