The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 £ per year.
Established in 1974 and with two locations in Wales and another in London, they have been providing clients with decades of unrivalled service with design excellence on a variety of building types. The Cardiff studio moved into a central location last year with 20 members of staff and they are looking for another prosperous 2026.
You will run projects through to conclusion, building relationships with clients and external consultants throughout the process. This role will see you putting together construction packages and mentoring junior members of staff. We are eager to hear from candidates with exceptional technical skills who can deliver projects within tight timescales adhering to budgets.
You will be fluent with REVIT and hold a good understanding across all RIBA work stages. You will enjoy working from a modern studio in a great location with superb transport links available.
