We have a great opportunity for an experienced Town Planner to join a well-established Planning Team in the Bristol office of a National consultancy. You would be responsible for providing high quality planning advice to clients in a range of sectors but specialising in all aspects of planning policy and site promotion to include the attendance of Development Plan Examinations.
The role will involve reviewing the development potential of greenfield sites and advising clients on the prospects of securing consent in the short to medium term. Whilst managing various planning projects and dependant on your level, we expect you to be able to maintain and build working relationships with new and existing clients and develop new business for the Planning Team as well as those in the wider business.
