The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
Since starting up in Bristol 5 years ago, they have grown to 25 staff members which is well supported by the 'head office' in London. They work on influential South West / Southern commissions across high spec residential and commercial schemes on 'retrofit' and contemporary commissions. You will enjoy the design responsibility along with being able to see projects through to handover.
The responsibilities will include:
- Concept designs
- Feasibility studies
- Project planning
- Client presentations
We would like to hear from qualified RIBA Architects who have worked across all work stages with strong REVIT or Vectorworks skills. You must be competent with presenting to clients and team management.
