They work across the South West with a lovely mix of housetypes and specialise on medium sized developments and partnership schemes.
Reporting directly into the technical director you will oversee the technical coordinators and architectural technicians ensuring project deadlines are being adhered to.
You will also benefit from managing your own projects and the work from external consultants.
If you have management experience from a developer or a residential background we would like to hear from you.
You will demonstrate a solid understanding of m and e, fire warranty and the building regulations and hold a driving licence.
