Working for this 'long running' housing association in central Bath you will be based in the technical team for a 'solid business' who are in for another great year in 2023. They have many sites lined up with more to come throughout the year within an hour from the office. You will be leading projects from pre –planing through to project completion working closely with internal disciplines. This is a varied role where you will oversee the drawing information from external consultants and provide technical advice to other areas of the business to allow projects to go forward. In order to be successful you will have a good understanding of the construction legislations and CDM techniques and be able to work on multiple projects. Previous work experience well have included wither working for a developer or an architectural or engineering consultancy. A relevant HNC (as a minimum) within a relevant discipline is required for the role. In return you will enjoy 26 days holiday a year (that rises to 29) ,healthcare plan, electric car option and a cycle to work scheme.
