This design led RIBA Practice with 10 staff members in a central Bath location have a diverse range of projects ranging from £1m to £20m and recently opened a location in South Wales. They are working with clients in defence, community, commercial and education sectors and due to an increase in workload they are now looking for further design expertise. You will get to work on your own projects and as part of a team on larger schemes. Your responsibilities will include. – Concept designs – Client presentations – Technical design – Planning submissions Candidates applying must be either RIBA Part 2 accredited or a chartered architect with UK experience. You will be able to maximise space on projects, be competent with tender documentation and be literate with REVIT. They will give you excellent training and mentorship working alongside some of the industry\’s best professionals.
