An independent housing developer have enjoyed a strong first quarter to the year and are looking to continue this way as house sales continue to come. The technical department is looking for a Trainee Technical Coordinator to assist the team on the architectural and engineering aspects of projects. Working alongside experienced members of staff you will attend site meetings, learn how to oversee the drawings of external consultants work, discharge planning conditions and work internally with the sales and build team. This role will see you giving construction information to the business and you will play a key role with structured training. We would like to hear from candidates with a BTEC or HNC within construction, engineering or architecture or have a knowledge of construction legislations, it could be that you are on a 'day release' for studying which the company will support. You will be well organised and able to meet deadlines with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
