Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Homag CNC Operator/Programmer with strong proficiency in WoodWOP 9 to join our production team.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming Homag CNC machinery to produce precision fire doors, frames, and panels. You will translate design specifications into efficient CNC programs, ensuring high-quality output, accuracy, and compliance with fire certification and manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate Homag CNC machines using WoodWOP 9 software.
- Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing data to produce doorsets, panels, and components.
- Set up tooling, calibrate machinery, and monitor production runs to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to optimise CNC programs and production flow.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Ensure all products meet fire safety and quality compliance standards.

Requirements:
