Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Thame for an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, manage and coordinate teams, ensure project delivery on time and within budget, and enforce safety and compliance standards. The role also involves liaising with clients to maintain strong relationships, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to the strategic growth of services.
