Responsibilities:
- Lead the global team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth
- Cashflow responsibility (both sell-in and sell-out)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 200M+ USD PnL management experience
- 100+ B2B sales people management experience
- Proven experience in a senior management role - Global Head of sales or Regional Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry.
- Strong network in the security industry
