The opportunity

AJW is looking for a Warehouse Inspector (Serviceable) to join our dynamic team, playing a vital role in supporting our customers worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong inspection background who is looking to further their career within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Aviation experience would be highly beneficial, but we're also keen to hear from candidates with inspection experience gained in other industries where quality, compliance, and attention to detail are critical.

The hours for this role is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures at all times.

  • Inspect incoming and outgoing aircraft parts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with order requirements.

  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational processes.

  • Support the delivery of ongoing projects as required.

  • Take accountability for the proper handling and care of both company and customer assets.

  • Complete all mandatory training relevant to the role and industry standards.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems and their application within the business.

  • Work collaboratively towards achieving team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify and report any non-conformances in line with company procedures.

Job requirements

About you

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in an inspection, quality control, quality assurance, or compliance-focused role.

  • Experience reviewing documentation and ensuring adherence to process and quality standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience identifying, investigating, and reporting non-conformances or discrepancies.

Desirable

  • Experience working within an aviation, aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or other regulated environment.

  • Understanding of aviation documentation, including airworthiness certification and component traceability.

  • Experience handling or inspecting aircraft components.

  • Knowledge of EASA Part 145, Part CAMO, or Part 21 environments.

  • Experience working within an aerospace Quality Management System
