Join AJW Group as a Credit Control Administrator responsible for supporting AJW’s credit control function to ensure customers pay their invoices on time, and that financial risk is minimised. The role combines administrative, financial, and the responsibility of setting up new customers and making sure all have the required level of due diligence done.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the customers and sending out statements and copies of invoices when requested
- Completion of acts to obtain payment
- Uploading invoices/documents to customers portal where required
- Opening of new accounts in Quantum via the online Jira process
- Running all compliance checks on any new customers
- Processing Credit note/manual invoices when requested
- Ensure Compliance with Policies and Regulations
- Sending and chasing customer references and credit application forms, and Terms & Conditions/End user forms
- To log and manage any known queries with a view to getting them resolved in a timely manner
- To aim to increase cash collection and work towards personal and team monthly targets
- To regularly chase assigned debtors for payment, ensuring outstanding balances are monitored/collected/reconciled
- To ensure correct details are processed for Cash Allocations and the reconciliation of incoming payments
- Ensure customer warnings/notes are correct and up to date on Quantum to assist all staff
- To maintain or improve any known processes
- To carry out any miscellaneous job-related duties as deemed necessary by ALR
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Excel/Word and Outlook
- Confident and good manner on the telephone
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Good time management and organisational skills
Desirable:
- Previous Aviation Experience
- Experience with Quantum
