We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Admin (internally known as Logistics Executive) to join our fast-moving team, ensuring critical aircraft parts reach our customers around the world, exactly when they need them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the end-to-end logistics process for time-critical shipments.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams to deliver on customer promises.
- Driving solutions for urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, every second counts.
- Navigating customs, export controls, and compliance with confidence.
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring nothing gets missed.
Job requirements:
- Solid experience in logistics - you know how to manage shipments, solve problems, and keep things moving.
