The opportunity
We are looking for a friendly, proactive Front of House Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in great customer service, and thrives as part of a supportive team.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-1:30 & Sunday 2hrs flexible
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the till point and during food service.
- Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness across the front‑of‑house area.
- Assist with topping up stock, ensuring displays, counters, and self‑serve areas are always well stocked.
- Support basic stock tracking and reporting tasks under the guidance of the Front of House Supervisor.
- Carry out routine cleaning duties in line with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow company HACCP procedures and maintain good food safety practices at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the Front of House Supervisor and wider team to deliver a smooth and consistent service.
- Build positive rapport with customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
