You will operate with independence, represent AJW confidently to airlines, MROs, brokers, and traders, and travel where relationships and deals require it. Success in this role is measured in stock converted to cash, margin protected, and market intelligence brought back into the business.
Key responsibilities:

- Build, manage, and grow strong trading relationships across the aftermarket.
- Track sales performance, pricing behaviour, and market demand trends.
- Produce clear monthly sales, opportunity, and pipeline reports.
- Maintain accurate, market-ready stock lists in collaboration with Asset Management.
- Identify opportunities to improve stock value, liquidity, or marketability.
- Feed real-time market intelligence into wider stock and commercial strategy.
- Represent AJW at industry events, meetings, and partner discussions.
Job requirements:
- Proven aviation sales professional from an MRO, trading, brokerage, or aftermarket background.
- Comfortable owning a sales number and working without heavy structure or supervision.
- Strong understanding of inventory dynamics, pricing pressure, and aftermarket cycles.
- Confident negotiator with credibility across airlines, MROs, and traders.
- Commercially sharp, data-aware, and motivated by results rather than process.
- Willingness to frequently travel for work.
