Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support and leadership within the service
• Administer and manage medication effectively
• Develop and implement personalised care plans
• Support individuals with complex needs to achieve their personal goals
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in a senior position within social care
• Clinical background with medication management experience
• Confident and enthusiastic with strong leadership skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Bubbly, calm, and positive demeanour
• Commitment to ongoing training and development

What We Offer

• Competitive pay of £13.54 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week, day shifts
• Temporary to permanent contract (complete 500 hours with AJ Recruitment)
