We are partnered with a leading global datacentre developer and operator, supporting some of the world’s most sophisticated cloud, AI and high-performance computing environments. With major expansion underway across EMEA, this is a critical hire within the regional leadership team. The successful candidate will have significant influence over long-term commercial strategy, customer relationships and growth outcomes across EMEA, working directly with hyperscalers and leading technology enterprises.
The EMEA Sales Director will lead strategic commercial engagement across a highly targeted portfolio of hyperscale, cloud and digital-native customers. You will be responsible for shaping GTM strategy, securing long-term capacity and leasing agreements, and building trusted executive-level relationships. You’ll play a key role in how the platform is positioned across cloud, AI, GPU and HPC workloads, while collaborating closely with internal leadership to deliver complex, large-scale infrastructure solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and executing the EMEA sales strategy for a defined portfolio of strategic target accounts.
- Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across hyperscale, cloud and digital-native organisations.
- Leading complex, high-value commercial negotiations and long-term leasing agreements.
- Shaping bid strategy and coordinating responses to technically and commercially sophisticated client requirements.
- Driving both new customer acquisition and expansion of existing strategic relationships.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across development, delivery, operations and executive leadership.
- Representing the business at key industry events and within senior market forums.
We’re Looking For
- Proven Senior Sales Leader with significant datacentre/infrastructure experience.
- Strong track record closing large-scale, multi-year, multi-million contracts.
- Experience selling to hyperscalers, cloud providers or major technology companies.
- Commercially sharp, credible at C-suite level and comfortable leading complex negotiations.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable and self-directed.
- Willing to travel across EMEA.
