We are seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in the US Construction or Pharmaceutical / Life Science market. We are keen to speak to experienced Recruiters looking for career advancement within a high-reward, niche business. We operate all aspects of working from hybrid to remote and recognise that this differs for each person. We have staff working in our offices as well as people currently working fully remote across the UK, Europe and US.

- Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the US Construction or Pharmaceutical/Life Science sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Resilient and proactive approach, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
