We're Hiring: MEP Commercial Manager

About Us
We are a dynamic and well-established building services contractor delivering complex M&E packages across commercial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are looking for an MEP Commercial Manager to oversee commercial operations across multiple sites in the Greater London area.
The Role
As MEP Commercial Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors (intermediate to senior level)
- Manage commercial performance of M&E packages from pre-construction through to final account
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure strong financial control and contract compliance
- Oversee procurement, valuations, variations, and monthly reporting
- Work closely with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate cost forecasting and risk management
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar MEP commercial leadership role (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong background in building services (mechanical & electrical)
- Experience managing commercial teams and mentoring junior staff
- Excellent understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
- Able to lead from the front, with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Membership of RICS or equivalent professional body
