We’re working in partnership with an international M&E contractor delivering complex, high-value projects across the data centre, life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured hyperscale data centre projects in London, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of a flagship scheme.
The Role
- You will play a key role in the planning and delivery of large-scale MEP packages, working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure programmes are robust, realistic and aligned to project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
- Supporting both pre-construction and live project phases.
- Managing critical path analysis and reporting on programme performance.
- Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and the client to ensure alignment on sequencing and delivery.
- Producing regular reports, updates and programme narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

- Hyperscale and enterprise data centre developments.
- High-value MEP packages within technically complex critical environments.
- Fast-paced, programme-driven projects with a strong focus on quality and coordination.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Planner within an M&E/building services contractor.
- Strong track record delivering programmes on data centre or critical projects.
- Advanced user of Primavera P6.
- Good understanding of MEP sequencing, installation and commissioning processes.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with multidisciplinary teams.
