Are you an experienced electrical construction professional ready to take ownership of electrical delivery on complex industrial projects? We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Construction Manager to lead and manage all aspects of electrical works at a major industrial manufacturing facility in Hull.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate electrical installation activities on site in accordance with design, programme and quality standards.
  • Manage site personnel and specialist subcontractors, driving productivity and performance.
  • Develop plans and schedules for electrical works and ensure weekly and daily targets are met.
  • Liaise with the multidisciplinary project team, clients, consultants, and supply chain.
  • Maintain robust health, safety and quality compliance throughout all activities.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Electrical trade background or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in construction or electrical management roles.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
