We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading Data Centre Developer delivering high-spec, mission-critical projects in Corsham. This is a key site-based role, responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across all construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Drive programme delivery, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Provide regular progress reporting and maintain accurate site records
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects (data centres or similar complex builds preferred)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination in mission-critical environments
