We are currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Manager (Residential Building Safety). The role will provide strategic leadership, oversee Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Building requirements, manage compliance and assurance, and lead a team of property/facilities professionals.
We are looking for:
- Significant senior experience in building safety, compliance, FM or property
- Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and Higher-Risk Buildings
- Experience managing compliance across complex, occupied buildings
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and risk-management skills
- Experience overseeing maintenance, contractors and building performance
Package: Up to £75,000
Location: South West London
Working pattern: Fully on-site
Contract: Temp-to-perm
