About the Role
Our Ushers play an essential part in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be the welcoming face of our venue and help ensure that events run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and assisting them to their allocated seats.
- Providing clear directions and maintaining a friendly, approachable presence.
- Remaining inside the auditorium during events to uphold safety, comfort, and security standards.
- Acting as a Fire Marshal in the event of an evacuation, ensuring guests exit the building safely and calmly.
- Supporting events that may occasionally cover sensitive or controversial topics, maintaining professionalism at all times.
