We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operational leader to oversee a portfolio of residences and deliver an outstanding residential experience. This senior role is responsible for leading residential operations, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring the effective delivery of accommodation services across the portfolio.

You will provide strategic leadership for:

  • Occupancy management
  • Customer service
  • Resident engagement
  • Complaint resolution
  • Operational performance

While fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working closely with wardening teams, accommodation colleagues, and stakeholders across the institution, you will ensure services consistently meet the highest standards and support wider experience objectives.

As the senior operational lead for the residential estate, you will play a key role in:

You will work in partnership with facilities and property teams to maintain safe, compliant, and well-presented residences, oversee maintenance and refurbishment activities, and contribute to long-term estate investment planning.
