About the Role
You’ll be the face of our Professional Services Hub, delivering a warm welcome and a 5-star service to staff, visitors, VIPs, contractors, and partners. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly, professional concierge-style reception service
- Be the first point of contact for staff and visitors
- Manage visitor check-ins, passes, and general enquiries
- Carry out daily floor checks, reporting issues and supporting maintenance coordination
- Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are always ready to use
- Handle deliveries, post, and courier items
- Liaise with security, facilities, hospitality, and events teams
- Maintain high visual and service standards across the space
- Support events, room bookings, and catering set-ups
- Be flexible, helpful, and proactive at all times
